In 2013, the Beckhams bought their mansion in Holland Park for over £31.5 million after moving out of the infamously titled ‘Beckingham Palace’. According to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council, it took three years to complete the extensive renovations of the Holland Park property, with the stylish couple investing over £8 million. The Beckham’s mansion includes six bedrooms, a gym, spa, wine cellar and even their very own cat-walk runway!
Internationally renowned British producer and TV judge, Simon Cowell, lives within a stone’s throw of the Beckhams together with his partner and son. The residential mansion, sure to be fitted out in the most luxurious furnishings is based in the heart of Holland Park and reported to be worth over £10 million.
The daughter of former Beatles’ Paul McCartney, Stella McCartney is a Central St. Martins graduate and considered one of the best English fashion designers. After working as the creative director for fashion house Chloe, Stella launched her own label in a partnership with luxury group Kering. Currently, the brand has over 48 stores internationally and Stella has even branched out into sports-wear, collaborating with brand giant Adidas. The designer lives together with her husband and four children in their residential house at Notting Hill.
The English singer and former member of ‘90s pop super group ‘Take That’ purchased a mansion based in Holland Park from famous film director Michael Winner. The enormous house contains 47 rooms and it is worth over £17 million.
